It does what it says it does.I own a 06 F350 with a 6.0 ,at 100,000 miles it needed new injectors .I read a thing on this product that would fix the injectors so i bought it .it took the product about 10,000 miles to clean out the injectors but it did the job.Saved me a 4000 dollar injector job.I have 170,000 on my 6.0 with the original injectors .Thanks for making a product that works.Dennis

It’s the miracle drug for 6.0. I have a 07 f350 dully with 127000 miles I don’t drive the truck much and after 7 months of sitting started the truck up got a rough idle and a lot of smoke. I bought the diesel duo changed the oil filled up the tank added the stiction eliminator and diesel extreme and drove the truck for two week put on 400 miles and it runs like new. Thank you this product saved me from replacement of injectors.
